REQUEST A SUB
1. Find a sub (use Team Contact List below to find contact information)
2. Fill out the Sub Request Form below AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS!
Your Head Trainer will update the schedule with your sub when your sub approves your request.
*Reminder, to request a block of time off, please fill out the Time-Off Request form 3 weeks in advance.
Review the Sub Process and Policy as needed.
